Aspartame is something people use as a sweetener which is artificial and is dangerous to our health. Last year I was fortunate to be able to attend a seminar about qigong. Goji berries also called Wolfberries are a very powerful antioxidant that can be supplemented into our daily life. I first learned about these wonderful berries quite a few years back while working at Whole Foods in the supplement department, and it wasn't until I attended Qi Revolution that I started supplementing them into my daily routine.
